About the Role:

The Revenue Operations team is responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving the systems, data, and insights that power PitchBook’s go-to-market engine. Operating at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and IT, this team drives efficiency, visibility, and revenue impact across the full customer lifecycle. 

We are seeking a Senior RevOps Data Analyst to help shape how the business measures performance, identifies growth opportunities, and makes data-driven decisions. This is more than an analytics role, it is a strategic partnership role for someone who combines strong business acumen with advanced analytical skills and a systems-level view of revenue. 

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating complex data into clear insights that guide strategy, execution, and optimization across pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement. You will help build scalable analytics solutions, define success metrics, and elevate how teams use data to make decisions. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior GTM and Revenue leaders to define success metrics, identify growth opportunities, and influence strategic decisions through data-backed insights 
  • Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) reporting expertise to build and interpret reports and dashboards, translating complex data from systems like Marketo and Gong into clear, actionable insights. Provide visibility into pipeline health, customer lifecycle, and revenue performance while ensuring data integrity, consistent KPIs, and scalable reporting. 
  • Design and maintain advanced reporting frameworks, dashboards, and models that surface insights across funnel performance, forecasting, retention, and expansion 
  • Act as a trusted analytical advisor across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, providing a holistic view of revenue performance and operational efficiency
