  • Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst
  • Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst who will drive change in European Marketing organization through influence of analytics and data insight capabilities at The Pokémon Company International Company. This position will be primarily responsible to deliver against marketing analytics roadmaps and deliver recommendations, improve business processes and aid in driving marketing investment decision through data. This role may include cross collaboration with US Marketing teams and European Marketing to ensure consistency and quality reporting and analysis. This role will function as an analytic SME to influence stakeholders and act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights, support and optimization on marketing campaigns. In addition, this position will assist in influencing and growing data strategy and measurement optimization across various initiatives and domains. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be self-directed, collaborative, drive accountability and have a keen ability to analyze data to identify and communicate patterns.

What you’ll do

  • Own all parts of the analytics analysis from design, development, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data findings from marketing campaigns to European marketing stakeholders.
  • Identify valuable patterns and insight across European Marketing groups teams to drive impact on improvements for the organization across different product lines.
  • Influence and drive data driven decisioning on marketing investments and marketing strategy for the European marketing teams.
