Nurse Manager, RN – Assistive Care in Pennsauken, NJ
Salary: $90,000- $95,000. per year
PTO, comprehensive benefits, 401k match

Join BAYADA Home Health Care, a nonprofit organization dedicated to compassion, excellence, and reliability. Our Assistive Care services focus on helping clients safely remain in their homes by providing personal care, companionship, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
As a Nurse Manager, RN, you’ll lead a team of caregivers and field staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong client relationships, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting both clients and employees while driving office performance.This office provides best-in-class care throughout Burlington County.

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!

 Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
 Visit our Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments in Burlington, Ocean, Camden Counties
 Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
 Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
 Facilitate new hire orientation.
 Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following qualifications, this could be your perfect fit:

RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience
Strong clinical skills; home care experience a plus
Passion for mentoring and staff development
Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule
Supervisory experience preferred

Base Salary: $90,000- $95,000 / year depending on qualifications with bonus opportunity depending on office KPI goals
