Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Prepare final accounts in accordance with local Statutory GAAP requirements for multiple countries.

• Coordinate with local statutory auditors (mainly PwC) to meet requirements and resolve queries.

• Collaborate with various functions and business teams to address audit-related questions.

• Prepare all schedules required under local statutory regulations.

• Ensure compliance with local Companies Act and GAAP, including physical verification of assets and inventory.

• Complete tax schedules related to accounting information for local tax filings and provide data for tax assessments.

• Coordinate with tax teams for submissions such as tax bulletins and deferred tax templates.

• Assist country controllers and project teams during M&A projects and support R2R vertical teams as needed.

• Handle ad-hoc requirements related to statutory accounts and provide information to stakeholders as requested.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Semi-Qualified (Experienced)/Qualified Accountants & bachelor’s degree in commerce with minimum 2 years experience in statutory audit.

• Strong in accounting and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of US GAAP
