The Indirect Sourcing Specialist – Fleet EMEA is responsible for for ensuring accurate fleet data, monitoring KPIs, and supporting operational and strategic projects aligned with cost optimization, compliance, and efficiency across EMEA. This role provides significant impact by delivering actionable insights that improve decision-making, enhance fleet performance, and reduce overall operational costs.

This position reports to Senior Manager Global Fleet and Travel and is part of the Indirect Strategic Sourcing team. The role is based in our Amersham, UK office and will be an on-site position.

What you will do:

• Manage all aspects and coordination of fleet related activities for the assigned countries of the EMEA region
• Provide support in the management and implementation of Fleet policies, inquires related to the program, ensure timely resolution, communicate areas of concern, and working with multiple groups such as finance, human resources, external suppliers and sourcing to propose changes in the processes to maximize the efficiencies of each program and deliver the best user experience.
• Day to Day - Fleet will include managing the relationships with all drivers and the vehicle service providers, including maintaining an accurate and timely fleet database, manage fleet insurance and fuel cards, charging solutions, manage vehicle mileage, leasing agreements, ordering cars.
• The Indirect Sourcing Specialist will serve as the first contact support for Cytiva drivers in case of any support required either from business or technical area.  Will need to develop a good understanding of procedures and policies in countries in EMEA region.
• Drive Fleet sustainability initiatives including the transition to a full EV fleet over the next 5 years.
• Occasionally travel domestically and internationally (<20%)

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• You have 3+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement and/or fleet management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and documentation.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – occasional travel within EMEA (less than 15%), which may include overnight stays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• A demonstrable interest in sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Prior exposure or a good understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or vehicle management processes.
