Become a Senior People Operations Specialist for Bloomreach!
In the People Operations team, we take care of Bloomreachers from the moment they accept the job offer. Together with the other People team units (Talent Acquisition, Workplace Experience, Total Rewards, and Business Partners) we form the People team reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
We are responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and payroll operations. We operate across 10+ countries on 3 continents, and we're continuously raising the bar on automation, accuracy, and employee experience. You'll join our People Operations Team based in Bratislava (2 days in office a week is preferred). You will get a chance to take ownership of operations for colleagues across Czech Republic and Germany (roughly 100+ Bloomreachers) alongside with rebuilding the way we operate internally in the People Operations Team. People Ops agenda for CZ & DE will take you approx 60% of your full-time capacity. For the rest, you will be working closely with teammates and regional stakeholders to redesign the People Operations function with focus on AI & automations.
This is a role for someone who can own their space independently.
The salary range starts at 2 200€ gross per month, along with stock options and other benefits. You can work in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis.
Your Job Will Be To:
- Own HR administration end-to-end for your assigned regions (CZ & DE) - employment contracts, salary amendments, promotions, parental leaves, relocations, absences - ensuring full legal compliance at all times. We want you to look for automations opportunities.
- Drive smooth onboarding and offboarding for employees and ensure all lifecycle changes are processed accurately and on time.
- Manage payroll inputs and outputs in close collaboration with payroll providers (Accace for CZ, Deel for DE), ensuring data accuracy within agreed monthly cycles. This is the biggest opportunity for automation - we aspire the payroll process to be almost fu
