Fraud Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Fraud Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will be managing chargebacks, monitoring fraudulent activity, and supporting prevention efforts across multiple markets. As part of a diverse, international team, you’ll collaborate across regions, share best practices, and help drive a unified approach to fraud prevention worldwide.

About the Role

• Keep the high-risk orders review list clear of pending reviews daily
• Identify and cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders, reducing the financial impact for the company
• Recognizе fraud patterns in a timely manner to help enforce effective fraud prevention measures
• Active monitor chargeback rate and bank alerts and escalating to relevant stakeholders when needed
• Support the customer service team with any risk-related queries
• Proactively suggest, implement and refinе fraud-preventing static rules
• Handlе chargeback, supporting fraud data-related internal queries and dispute representment processes
  

About You

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the global e-commerce payment/fraud industry of a medium-sized company 
• Fluency in English is mandatory (C1 level)
• Accurate and timely data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while still meeting deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding
• Demonstrated initiative in researching, resolving issues, and driving processes improvements
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
