What you'll do...

Position Overview: As an Art Director reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Fashion, you will play a role in supporting the execution of PDP photography and site assets for all Walmart private brands and exclusive collaborations. You’ll help set a high standard for modern, aspirational fashion photography. Additionally, you’ll maintain elevated graphic design consistency and contribute knowledge of post-production in the PDP space. This role requires a mix of creative expertise and hands-on skills, strong organizational abilities, balancing creativity with agility and precision. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Brand Consistency: Support brand cohesion across all creative assets and materials at every level of the consumer journey. Client Satisfaction: Build relationships with peer teams, such as marketing, the fashion office, and editorial, to support business growth and continuity. Qualifications: ● Proven experience as an art director or similar role in the fashion retail industry ● Strong portfolio showcasing photography and/or graphic design ● Strong collaboration and time management skills ● In-depth understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior ● Proficiency in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Office 365, and Slack ● Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a creative role and/or Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field Reporting: ● Reports to Associate Creative Director, Fashion Why Join Us: ● We have a thrilling job to be done: make Walmart fashion relevant to every American consumer. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
