THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our RUN team is dedicated to serve our clients post going-live the best way we can to secure an exceptional client experience.

With over 50 team members, AMER RUN team needs to keep growing to satisfy demanding customers. In this context of fast growth, you will help our customers in both Public and Private Sectors within the support and maintenance capacity to secure a smooth transition post going live.

ROLE: 

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Customer Application Engineer I.

Reporting to the Run Manager, you will be involved in helping the Senior Team Members with the Maintenance/Support workstream (post go-live).

You will be shadowing the first point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua and are engaged with us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US 

  • Manage the customer relationship; gather business requirements, analyze the impact on the implemented solution, advise customers on procurement leading practices and configuration management
  • Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C#, .NET & SQL) to configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solution to meet specific business requirements
  • Reverse engineer and debug to solve project issues throughout all phases of the implementation cycle
  • Develop advanced configuration knowledge and show strong technical creativity in leveraging configuration features to limit custom code
  • Interact with R&D team for product features
  • Manage deliveries and solve technical operational issues

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:  

  • At least 3+ years of experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET, and SQL Server
  • At least 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Application Engineer or in a client facing role
  • Comfortable looking for configuration solutions versus new coding and development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or software engineering

  • Solid Problem-solving skills.
