Name Position: Front Office Representative Personal Care

Reporting directly to Front Office Manager and dotted line to Front Office FAGL Coordinator

Main responsablities:

• Order Management for Food and Beverage Segment in East Europe (Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine..) and other regions as Kazakhstan.

• Export Documentation for customers in Ukraine.

• Secure and manage communication between sales, logistics & production.

• Interaction with Supply Chain Factories to ensure the service to our customers.

• Build relationship with our clients.

• Support Credit Collection Team to avoid overdue in Segment area.

• Identify opportunities for new business in the market.

• Support in sales analysis for Food Accounts

• Export Order Management for customers in Ukraine.

Language Request:

• Other language will be considered as extra (Polish, Spanish)
