What to Expect
Join Gotion as a Customer Quality Engineer Intern, supporting our efforts to ensure top-tier quality and customer satisfaction for battery cells, modules, and packs. You'll gain hands-on experience with customer feedback handling, data analysis, and problem-solving while working closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams.

This is a 10-week internship that will last from June 2026 to August 2026. The expected pay rate for this position is $20/hr.

What You’ll Do

Help log and track customer quality complaints and assist with 8D reports
Support failure analysis activities and help document findings
Assist with collecting and organizing faulty parts and inspection data
Perform basic visual and electrical checks (training provided)
Help maintain the faulty parts database and track common failure types
Prepare materials for customer meetings, reports, and audits
Support customer visits alongside senior engineers

What You’ll Bring

Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Materials Science
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Interest in quality engineering, data analysis, and customer-facing work
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn tools like Excel, Minitab, or Power BI
Ability to travel occasionally with the team
