Job Description:

At TK Maxx, we operate in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment where no two days are the same. Our Support Office teams are central to our success — providing the operational support, infrastructure, and coordination that enable our stores to deliver an exciting shopping experience every day

We’re looking for a Facilities and Workplace Coordinator to join the TJX Team on a 12‑month fixed term contract, supporting the smooth running of our Home Office and wider workplace operations.

This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem‑solving and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor requests
  • Support office operations including mail, catering, tea/coffee, and office supplies
  • Liaise with cleaning vendors and attend monthly vendor meetings
  • Assist with internal events and workplace activities

About You

  • Experience in workplace, facilities, or office coordination
  • Strong PO and invoice management skills
  • Confident stakeholder engagement with a proactive, adaptable approach
  • Comfortable in a hands‑on, physical office environment
  • Able to respond quickly to operational issues as they arise
