Operator – Tijdelijke Kans met Uitzicht op Aanstelling voor Langere Tijd

Locatie: onze productielocatie in Uithoorn (PPG)
Duur: 7 maanden – met mogelijkheid op een aanstelling voor langere tijd
Inclusief: 13e maand!

Werken op onze productielocatie in Uithoorn

Onze productielocatie in Uithoorn is een middelgrote, overzichtelijke site met ongeveer 55 collega’s, verdeeld over productie en logistiek. Dankzij korte lijnen, duidelijke processen en een prettige werksfeer kun jij hier echt impact maken.

We produceren hier verfproducten die je dagelijks tegenkomt in winkels en bij bouwprojecten door heel Nederland — producten van PPG’s toonaangevende en bekende merken.

Jouw rol

Als Operator ondersteun je het productieproces van begin tot eind. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren Operator B/C‑collega’s en de supervisor. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel voor een veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief goed proces.

Wat ga je doen?

Uitvoeren van uiteenlopende productie- en logistieke taken.
Werken volgens SOP’s, werkvoorschriften en veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
Melden van afwijkingen in processen, recepten of apparatuur.
Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen.
Bijhouden van controlelijsten en uitvoeren van self‑assessments.
Actief bijdragen aan 5S-, LEAN- en OEE‑verbeterprojecten.
Deelnemen aan trainingen en opleidingen uit de opleidingsmatrix.

Werktijden

Je werkt in een 2‑ploegendienst, met de volgende tijden:

Ochtenddienst: 06:15 – 14:00
Middagdienst: 14:00 – 21:45

Bij voorkeur ervaring als operator
