About the Opportunity

The Web3 Data Platform Team contributes to the Core Infrastructure of OKX's Web3 Business. They primarily handle Structured Data Storage for public Blockchain data and Web3 wallets. Specifically, they leverage distributed Big Data Analytics and Big Data mining technologies to access, clean, compute, and analyze on-chain data, further supporting various data needs to drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for the management and technical planning of OKX’s Web 3 Data Platform team, building highly available and scalable platforms.
Lead data collection, processing, storage, modelling, and governance, supporting both real-time and offline computing.
Provide data solutions on spot trading, futures trading, risk management or market data to other business lines within OKX.
Promote data-driven decision-making, to enhance growth, risk management, and compliance, and develop a unified indicator system.
Ensure data security, stability, and compliance, to meet global regulatory requirements.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in Big Data.
Proficient in Big Data technology stacks (Flink, Spark, Kafka, ClickHouse, Doris, Hadoop, Hive, DataBricks, DataWorks etc.), familiar with Data Warehouse Modelling, and experience building integrated real-time/offline Big Data Middleware platforms.
Familiarity with the characteristics of Crypto exchange business data, as well as performance and stability optimization.
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration for large-scale Web3 projects.
