Job Description Summary:

The AI - Packaging Compliance Analyst (PCA) is a key contributor to the successful development, review, and auditing of Coca-Cola North America packaging programs. In this AI-enhanced role, you will utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies to support compliance processes, ensure adherence to The Coca-Cola Company standards, Federal and State regulations, and Print Quality requirements. AI will assist in automating document review, identifying potential compliance gaps, and streamlining regulatory reporting, thereby increasing the speed, accuracy, and consistency of compliance operations.  The AI – PC, promotes consistent visual standards across all packaging substrates and challenges suppliers to continuously improve through process development.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Conduct in-depth compliance reviews of packaging graphics and documentation using both manual and AI-powered analysis to ensure standards are met.
  • Leverage AI-based systems to assist in identifying discrepancies, potential regulatory risks, and deviations within packaging programs.
  • Utilize AI-driven reporting and monitoring tools to enhance compliance tracking, regulatory submissions, and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Design, Trademark, Deposit, Legal, and Science and Regulatory Affairs (SRA)) to ensure implementation of AI solutions aligns with compliance requirements and supports business objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of AI tools and recommend enhancements to improve compliance outcomes.
  • Prepare clear and actionable reports using insights generated from AI systems combined with expert human judgment.
  • Stay current on advancements in AI as applied to regulatory compliance in packaging, proposing and piloting new technologies where appropriate.
  • Budget oversight and management of package graphics initiatives to meet organizational deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communication, Design, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory roles, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI, machine learning, or automated document review technologies within a compliance framework.
  • Strong understanding of Federal and State regulations related to packaging and labeling.
  • Familiarity with implementing or using AI-based compliance and quality assurance tools.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex datasets and output from AI models to inform decisions.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present compliance findings from both AI systems and traditional reviews.
  • Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn new AI tools relevant to compliance.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
