Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will be a leader within the Global Talent Center of Excellence. You will shape the talent acquisition strategy across Mexico for our Architectural Coatings, Coating Services, and Global Business Services (GBS). You will play a critical part in allowing our business growth by ensuring we attract, engage, and hire high‑quality talent at scale.

You will operate as a strategic partner to senior business and HR leaders, collaborating with global partners and multiple Centers of Excellence to provide efficient and future‑ready talent acquisition solutions. This is a role with diverse close collaboration with our teams and external partners across multiple regions. You will be based in Mexico City and report to the Talent Acquisition Head, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and HR leadership to build our talent acquisition strategy across Mexico, ensuring understanding of our priorities, workforce planning, and long‑term growth goals.
  • Lead a diverse team of recruiters, promoting a culture of diversity, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement while building succession plans.
  • Oversee and oversee end‑to‑end recruiting operations, ensuring delivery across a broad portfolio of roles while maintaining a focus on time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Participate in our global innovation and transformation projects, including the use of new technologies, digital tools, and AI‑enabled solutions to enhance recruiting efficiency.
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights, data‑driven recommendations, and best practices to support talent attraction and hiring decisions.
  • Use analytics, reporting, and financial insights to monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and lead optimization of talent acquisition processes.
  • Operate within a global environment, building partnerships across regions, functions, and external vendors.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, within global organizations.
  • 5+ years of proven people leadership and team management experience, leading large or distributed recruiting teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Data interpretation, and financial  skills, with the ability to translate insights into applicable strategies.
  • Experience with Workday (preferred) and understanding of recruiting technologies and systems.
