About the role

Roku is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to lead strategic people initiatives for our Devices, Product & Technology organization from our growing Bengaluru office. This role is pivotal in shaping organizational effectiveness, driving change management, and building a high-performing team locally while partnering closely with senior leaders in our India, APAC, EMEA and our U.S. headquarters.

As Roku enters its next phase of growth and profitability, you will lead local initiatives that strengthen our presence in India, foster a strong culture, and ensure alignment with global strategies. You will manage a small team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions that impact our global workforce.
