Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing and growing large strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors through consultative selling of chemistry solutions and related products to B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in pharma and biopharma accounts.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data integrity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Increase account penetration
- Maintain customer satisfaction score >90%.
- Ensure pipeline coverage of at least 3x target.
- Drive cross-selling and portfolio adoption across accounts.
- Growth of New Product

Travel Requirements:
- Up to 80% travel required for customer visits, field engagement, and industry events.
- Ability to work independently while traveling and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience managing large accounts in pharma/biopharma industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemistry solutions and life sciences applications.
- Minimum X years of B2B sales experience with consultative approach.
