About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Role Purpose

As Senior Associate, EMEA Field Marketing Events, you are the essential Onsite Execution Lead and a specialist in delivering high-stakes physical and virtual event components. Your primary mission is the flawless execution of our EMEA World Tour series, focusing on Keynote Production, complex onsite Digital Production (Salesforce+ streaming and broadcast), and comprehensive onsite logistics support across the region. This is a hands-on, high-travel role that requires adaptability, physical presence, and on-the-spot problem-solving—tasks. You are the person who thrives in the high-energy environment of a physical World Tour, managing intricate logistics, key production elements, and on-the-ground execution to ensure a premium, pipeline-driving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site World Tour Execution & Logistics: Act as a primary onsite execution lead across the EMEA World Tour portfolio, requiring international travel and physical presence. Be the ultimate "all-rounder" onsite resource, capable of pivoting to fill resource gaps and immediately solve complex, real-time logistics and production problems.

  • Campground & Keynote Production: Manage specific physical components of the event, such as Campground and Keynote planning and production (incl. room layout), audience flow and high-touch brand activations.

  • Project & Agency Management: Manage multiple, complex timelines and vendor relationships across various EMEA territories to ensure the physical build, venue logistics, and customer experience meet gold standards.

  • Virtual Broadcast Management: Design and lead the virtual strategy for EMEA World Tours, creating a cohesive digital experience that extends the reach of our physical events via Salesforce+.

  • Digital Production: Oversee onsite digital production for key broadcast components, including Salesforce+ content capture and curation during physical events to meet global broadcast standards.

  • Pipeline-Focused Design: Apply a demand generation mindset to all initiatives, ensuring events move prospects through the funnel and deliver qualified leads.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in event marketing, physical event production, or experiential marketing with a demand generation lens.

  • Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to "jump in" and find solutions under pressure. You are as comfortable managing a technical production crew as you are on a busy event floor.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in event logistics systems and a strong data/analytics mindset. Familiarity with broadcast production platforms and onsite logistics tools is essential.

  • Leadership: Proven project leadership skills with the capacity to handle stress and manage complex timelines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating a matrixed international organization and influencing senior leadership.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region (up to 40% travel) to lead execution and ensure a seamless customer experience.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners.
