Make an impact where it matters most—at the front line of Emergency Care across East Asia. This regional leadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, accelerate market growth, and strengthen life‑saving solutions through both distributor and direct sales channels. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading teams and partners to deliver measurable commercial results across diverse markets.
What You Will Do
- Deliver regional revenue, profitability, and market share targets across the full Emergency Care portfolio, with clear accountability for annual and quarterly performance.
- Lead and execute the indirect channel strategy across East Asia, improving distributor performance, coverage, and capability against defined growth metrics.
- Build, assess, and optimize a high-performing distributor network through performance management, capability development, and succession planning.
- Own and progress selected high-value direct sales opportunities in Singapore, shaping complex deals and closing strategic accounts in partnership with distributors.
- Provide leadership and coaching to regional Sales and Business Development teams, increasing productivity, engagement, and talent readiness.
- Drive compliant execution of regional operations, including distributor governance, regulatory adherence, and product field actions.
- Lead regional financial planning activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and demand planning to support accurate supply and inventory alignment.
- Use market, customer, and distributor performance data to inform strategy, manage risk, and continuously improve sales processes across direct and indirect models.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in regional or multi-country commercial leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing indirect or distributor-led sales models.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct enterprise, key account, or complex solution sales.
- Experience leading commercial activities across multiple East Asia markets.
- Proven accountability for regional revenue, budget ownership, and financial performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated B2B environments.
- Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business or a related discipline.
