The Position
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
As a Media Operations Specialist you work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our Paid Media priorities. You are responsible for paid media campaigns of the Global Digital Marketing teams with an emphasis on digital campaign implementation, optimization, and performance reporting. You work with relevant stakeholders and assist them on how to further develop their media performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
The Media Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting our Business Partners in executing the paid media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The preferred candidate gained experience in multiple areas of paid campaign management across different channels and platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports
the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.
The Opportunity:
Support the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, including conception, launch, evaluation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with partners, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure innovative digital marketing strategies and exceptional results.
Align media strategies across global, regional, and affiliate levels, providing actionable insights and optimizing processes.
Manage paid media budgets and define, measure, and evaluate relevant KPIs for channel performance.
Execute campaigns alongside Digital Marketing managers, Social Leads, and external publishers, maintaining adherence to industry best practices.
Oversee agency relationships, drive accountability, and monitor campaign enablers like SoW, POs, and activation proofs.
Stay informed about brand, therapeutic, and disease area needs while serving as a single point of contact for assigned organizations.
Who you are:
You have 2+ years of experience in the world of (digital) paid media and understands technical aspects of tracking paid media performance (quantitative and qualitative), adserving, as well as having knowledge of biddable platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic).
You have experience either on media agency side or on client side as part of a media team working closely with a media agency.
Ideally you have experience with project/workflow management tools like Trello, Asana, Monday, Wrike or other.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential and additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
You are detail oriented, well organized and efficient with time management.
You are dynamic and flexible in working within continuously changing environment.

Salary starts from 1900 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
