Job Description:

Overall purpose of job: 

  • Responsible for assigned products or product franchise.  These roles involve strategy development, promotional materials development, and new product launch activities and provide routine product trainings to sales team

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Work with regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies

  • Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products

  • P&L management and budget control of the responsible products 

  • Support and guide sales team members on sales objectives and marketing projects

  • Lead new product launch

  • Work with KOL to conclude market insight and to initiate marketing programs

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives

  • Assist in long range plan for business expansion and development

  • Work collaboratively with SFE to enhance patient access

  • Relay market insight to management.

  • Comply with Integrity and compliance standards

Essential knowledge and skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry; solid & reputable experience in product management in Oncology is preferred

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
