Job Description Summary:

Role Type: Individual Contributor

The Manager, Global Mobility Payroll is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, governance and continuous improvement of global mobility-related compensation processes for the Company. This role ensures accurate, compliant and timely payroll execution for mobile employees across 35+ countries, while strengthening internal controls, driving global consistency and elevating service delivery. Operating as a key member of a virtual global team, the manager partners closely with regional payroll teams, the Global Mobility Single Point of Care and cross-functional process partners.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Manage the global mobility balance sheets for assignees in the designated geographical regions.

  • Manage the delivery of mobility pay instructions to 35+ local country payrolls, to include live and shadow payrolls.

  • Audit and reconcile global compensation reporting for mobile assignees in the assigned regions.

  • Collect, maintain and report established metrics for the assigned regions.

  • Conduct paycheck reviews with assignees in the designated geographical regions.

  • Consult with local payrolls and the Global Mobility Single Point of Care on pay delivery for mobile assignees in the designated regions, as well as policy exceptions impacting mobility pay and reimbursement.

  • Strengthen internal controls and maintain compliance with global mobility policy and requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

  • 3+ years’ experience with payroll processing/administration, preferably in a multi-country environment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively in global virtual teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications; experience with Workday or global mobility technology platforms preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Strong execution discipline with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • High level of accuracy when processing detailed information.

  • Knowledge of payroll, expense reimbursement, accounting and internal controls.

  • Desire to redesign processes and systems to create efficiency.
