We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

We’re hiring a Analytics Engineer, People Analytics for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop SQL and Python pipelines extracting and transforming data from Workday, LMS, Qualtrics, and email inboxes via Fivetran.
  • Maintain Snowflake/dbt data models, views, tasks, and transformations.
  • Monitor pipelines, implement automated testing, and proactively resolve data quality or workflow issues.
  • Build dashboards and analytics solutions using internal tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Codify business rules into models, transformations, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Support day-to-day reporting and analytics, reducing complexity in accessing and querying cross-functional data.

Core Focus Areas

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data structures to support People Analytics initiatives.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and other analytics teams to deliver structured, secure, and reliable data solutions.
  • Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and AI/LLM-driven projects, such as chatbots and workflow automation.
  • Establish execution plans from start to finish for data initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Take strong ownership of data quality, integrity, and operational reliability across analytics pipelines.
