This role drives end-to-end project delivery, managing planning, coordination, quality, safety, commissioning, and handover. They act as the central point for technical, operational, and managerial decision-making, ensuring the project meets timeline, cost, quality, and reliability objectives.

Location: Vizag

About the Role:

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities across civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS, and IT systems.
• Review designs, ensure integration across disciplines, and compliance with data centre standards.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring operational readiness and documentation.

About You:

• Should have 8+ years in Data Centre projects and overall experience of 20+ years
• Diploma/ B E in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Should have completed end to end process of at least 4 data centres
