Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous evaluation and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical strategies with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring software scalability.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
