North America + LATAM | Full-Time | Water Technology Leadership
DuPont Water Solutions (DWS) is a $1.5B global leader in industrial water purification technologies—powering reliable manufacturing operations and advancing environmental sustainability.
We’re looking for a dynamic Americas Regional Commercial Leader to shape the future of our business across North and Latin America. You’ll own a $400MM+ portfolio and drive growth, innovation, customer partnerships, and commercial excellence.
Location: Flexibility on anywhere in the United States
What You’ll Lead
Deliver and exceed financial commitments: price, volume, revenue, margin, AR, inventory, SARD
Drive balanced volume + pricing to hit ambitious margin and revenue plans
Accelerate growth from recent acquisitions and new order entry
Build, inspire, and elevate a regional commercial team of ~30 sales professionals
Expand market share through both new customer acquisition and growth with existing accounts
Strengthen customer partnerships through regular engagement and insights-driven solutions
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
10+ years in sales, sales leadership, or business development with strong financial acumen
Deep understanding of the water industry and filtration technologies (preferred)
Exceptional communication + cross-functional leadership skills
Experience building diverse, high-performing teams
Data-driven decision making + strong execution orientation
Willingness to travel 40–50%, including internationally
