Unspecified- Responsible for sales of Corporate Solutions cross designated region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the region.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry, including airlines, Ground Handlers, aviation authorities, and related organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Support market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use the insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business unit, contract/legal, marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to the sales leader.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape, and share relevant insights with the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field.
- Looking for someone with at least 5 years of successful B2B sales or customer engagement experience, preferably within the airline industry or a related technology field.
- Knowledge of the airline industry, including communication, network, digital solutions, etc.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
