The Senior Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for guiding the end to end performance of warehousing and distribution center operations. Drives a culture of excellence by empowering teams, strengthening cross functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless execution of all logistics processes with high standards of quality, compliance, and operational integrity. The position is based in Santiago de Chile and will operate on a flexwork model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Ensure operational continuity to meet established demand and compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) across the different operational processes
  • Lead and manage the assigned team by setting priorities and providing clear guidance to ensure proper execution of tasks
  • Coordinate daily operational planning to achieve optimal delivery times
  • Develop and implement logistics solutions related to transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and product dispatch to customers, in alignment with the company’s commercial strategy and objectives
  • Execute the destruction of expired, damaged, or obsolete materials and supplies
  • Segregate products with short expiration dates, on hold, FCA status, etc
  • Generate operational and management reports
  • Follow up on processes pending closure and manage fixed assets

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Three years of experience in similar roles supervising end-to-end logistics operations and distribution centers
  • Five years of experience in logistics processes, distribution or cost management
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Proficiency in SAP systems (MM, WM modules)
  • Knowledge of integrated ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI are nice to have
