We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our visitors, candidates, and team members in our New York Headquarters. You’ll create a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-desk experience while ensuring office operations run smoothly. This is a full-time, in-person position. 


 

What you will do:

  • Deliver a white-glove front desk experience to visitors, candidates, guests, and team members
  • Own reception desk operations by managing calls, coordinating visitor access with building security, and optimizing meeting room logistics 
  • Oversee mail and package distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and fully-stocked reception area at all times
  • Partner with People Operations and Facilities on office operations and ad-hoc needs
  • Serve as an ambassador of CLEAR’s culture to everyone who walks through our doors
