Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Specialist to support our Brand Marketing endeavors in the creation of visually compelling creative assets that effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.  

The Specialist, Design role will look to:

·       Create and maintain high-quality, on brand LaSalle visual content in both digital and print communications including, but not limited to images, brochures, flyers, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, research reports, multimedia content, animations and video elements.

·       Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.

·       Accurate and consistent application of LaSalle’s visual identity across multiple channels. 

·       Translate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.

·       Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.

·       Receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in your design work.

·       Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

·       Follow and manage basic workflow processes within Brand Marketing, ensuring correct use of WorkFront (workflow management).

 

Key skills and experience

A successful candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in design and a good eye for design and detail. The candidate should be a quick learner and excited about developing their career in an international real estate company with:

·   Essential - proven experience (6-8 years) and proficiency in Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint

·   Additional experience in Figma, AfterEffects, WorkFront, video production and editing and AI tools beneficial.

·   Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.

·   Proficiency in understanding and application of corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.

·   An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

·   Have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously.

·   Experience working with international teams - business standard English (written and spoken).

·   Efficient and productive individual that is able to manage multiple deliveries across timelines, juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·   Should be able to work on strict turnaround times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry.
