About the location:

About the role
As Director of PR & Marketing at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will lead all public relations, marketing, and communications strategies to elevate our brand presence in the luxury alpine market. This role drives awareness, guest acquisition, and partnerships while aligning with Four Seasons global standards.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR and marketing strategies for pre-opening and seasonal campaigns

  • Manage media relations, influencer partnerships, and press office for maximum coverage

  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation to engage luxury travelers

  • Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and collaboration with Four Seasons corporate marketing

  • Drive revenue-generating initiatives through targeted promotions and partnerships

  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI metrics, and market trends

  • Coordinate events, launches, and experiential marketing for key audiences

  • Ensure compliance with Swiss advertising regulations and data protection standards

What you bring

  • 5+ years leadership experience in luxury hospitality PR & Marketing

  • Proven success launching high-profile hotel openings or resort campaigns

  • Strong digital marketing expertise with analytics and ROI measurement

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English fluency required combined with German or French, additional languages advantageous)

  • Familiarity with luxury service standards

  • Swiss passport, EU passport, or current Swiss work permit required (Swiss regulations make this mandatory for employment)

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays per seasonality
