This is an intermediate level position with at least 1 year related HIM experience. , specifically medical record requests, in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associates must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.

 

Position Highlights

 

This is a Onsite Role

  • Full Time: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST.  Holiday coverage for Datavant recognized holidays that align with the client will not be required.
  • Location: Oklahoma City, OK
  • Assist with Patient Walkin & Customer Service Support 
  • Manage RightFax & Incoming Call Management
  • Processing & Volume Management
  • Team Leadership & Training 
  • Workload Coordination & Operational Oversight
  • Ability working in a high-volume environment.
  • Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology 
  • Familiar with different EHR and Billing Systems
