Responsibilities:
- Leading program management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency
- Managing program financials, including budget development, allocation, and adherence to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Crafting comprehensive plans, setting objectives, and devising strategies that support organizational goals
- Translating broad company objectives into specific, actionable program strategies and milestones
- Directing the program management team to cultivate leadership skills and professional development
- Holding accountability for team staffing, including talent acquisition, retention, and performance evaluation
- Acting as the primary liaison for program-related communications with executive leadership
- Guiding the team in adopting best practices, current methodologies, and continuous learning in program management
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and ensure program success
- Evaluating program processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for service enhancement and efficiency gains
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
