Job Description Summary:

Job Objective:

Serve as a core technical expert within the maintenance organization, providing cross‑regional technical support for plant mechanical equipment and managing full‑lifecycle reliability. Lead the resolution of complex mechanical failures, major overhaul execution, FAT acceptance, maintenance standard development, and PM system optimization. Support core‑level on‑site execution and coverage as needed, promote spare parts localization and cost optimization, and ensure efficient, stable, safe, and compliant equipment operation.

Key Result Areas

1. Mechanical Technical Support & Troubleshooting (25%)

  • Handle complex cross‑regional mechanical issues, providing technical solutions and on‑site guidance
  • Lead major mechanical overhauls and FAT acceptance; develop maintenance standards and acceptance criteria
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mechanical equipment, defining equipment technical standards
  • Backfill as a core‑level technician when required to ensure continuity of equipment operations

2. Reliability System & PM Optimization (20%)

  • Work with Reliability Engineers to implement mechanical FMEA and condition monitoring
  • Optimize mechanical PM plans; develop maintenance SOPs and work instructions
  • Conduct mechanical failure RCA to improve equipment utilization

3. Equipment Improvement & Project Execution (20%)

  • Propose and implement equipment improvement, energy‑saving, and safety enhancement initiatives
  • Lead small‑scale mechanical CAPEX projects
  • Serve as Mechanical Equipment SME for major CAPEX projects, providing support in design, installation, commissioning, and startup to ensure successful project delivery
  • Drive equipment performance optimization and PLd safety compliance improvements

4. Spare Parts Localization & Cost Control (15%)

  • Establish and maintain mechanical spare parts lists; promote localization to reduce costs
  • Participate in annual budget planning and maintenance cost control
  • Support maintenance of equipment BOMs, spare parts data, and inventory optimization

5. Capability Development & TPM Promotion (10%)

  • Train maintenance technicians and production operators to enhance equipment skills
  • Drive TPM implementation, organizing skill transfer and standardized operations

6. Contractor Management & Compliance Documentation (10%)

  • Manage external service providers to ensure compliance with EOSH and GMP requirements
  • Maintain and update mechanical documentation with traceability
  • Coordinate with the support layer to ensure resource availability and compliance support

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in factory equipment maintenance and/or technical support; beverage industry experience is preferred
  • Proficient in CAD and other drafting software
  • Working knowledge of SAP maintenance modules, with the ability to maintain equipment BOMs and spare parts data
  • Practical experience with TPM, PM, and equipment reliability management
  • Good understanding of EOSH and GMP requirements, with the ability to implement them effectively
  • Associate degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Valid electrician certification (licensed to perform electrical work)
  • CET‑4 or equivalent English proficiency
