Information Security & Compliance Specialist

 

Toradex is looking for an Information Security & Compliance Specialist to strengthen our Digital Business Operations group.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation and continual improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will prepare the organization for internal audits and surveillance audits, ensuring we maintain and evolve our ISO/IEC 27001 implementation. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will translate security requirements into practical processes, controls, and documentation that support our digital business.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Toradex Information Security Management System (ISMS) on a daily basis
• Coordinate and support all activities related to our ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and continuous improvement
• Plan, prepare, and support internal audits, surveillance audits, and recertification audits
• Perform and/or coordinate internal ISMS audits across relevant functions and locations
• Monitor the status of information security controls, collect evidence, and maintain required documentation
• Support risk assessments, treatment plans, and follow‑up of mitigation actions
• Maintain and improve information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Track non‑conformities, incidents, and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution
