About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces.

About the role
Catering Sales Manager is responsible for business generation as it relates to prospecting and securing catering business and the planning & implementation of group events. Catering revenue is to be achieved in accordance with the goals and strategies outlined in the annual Marketing Plan and Hotel Catering Revenue Budget. CSMs are accountable for ensuring quotas and goals are met and to ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible Room RevPar and achieving F&B costs as well as achieving group organizers satisfaction for the overall hotel’s success. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion on decision making.

What you will do

• The ability to actively solicit and book all types of catering business from various sources of leads. 具备主动从各类潜在渠道寻找并承接所有类型餐饮业务的能力。

• The ability to develop creative and attractive menu presentations for potential clients. 具备为目标客户制定富有创意且具有吸引力的菜单展示方案的能力。

• The ability to respond to all telephone and walk in inquiries regarding catering space according to Four Seasons standards and score 90% on test calls. 能够按照四季酒店的标准，回复所有关于餐饮场地的电话及到店咨询，并在电话测试中达到90%的分数。

• The ability to maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all account management action plans and personal sales calls as well as timely GOLDEN S&C input. 能够对所有客户管理行动计划及个人销售拜访维护一个有效的追踪/跟进系统，并及时在GOLDEN S&C系统中进行信息录入。

• The ability to coordinate the sales efforts between sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues. 具备协调销售部门与餐饮部门之间销售工作的能力，以确保合理利用宴会场地，从而创造最大化的收入。

What you bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English/ Mandarin with good presentation skills. 具备良好的英语和普通话的读、写及口语能力，并拥有出色的表达能力。

• College Degree or equivalent experience. Alternatively with hotel or tourism school certification. Good personal & professional references. 拥有大学学历或同等经验；持有酒店或旅游专业院校证书者亦可。具备良好的个人及职业信誉。

• Previous catering or sales related experience minimum 2 years with proven track record. 至少有2年餐饮或销售相关工作经验，并有良好的业绩记录。

• Strong selling and interpersonal skills. 具备出色的销售能力和人际交往技巧。
