Sprinkler Service Engineer
Location: Nationwide onsite role
Company: Nu-form Fire (part of Johnson Controls)
What You Will Do
We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of sprinkler systems—including Wet, Dry, Alternate, Deluge, and Pre-Action systems—across a diverse portfolio of customers, from commercial and industrial sectors to public sector and blue-chip clients. This is a UK-wide position, requiring extensive travel and regular overnight stays.

How You Will Do It
Service and maintain fire sprinkler systems utilizing your technical expertise and industry knowledge
Deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently solve problems, and build strong client relationships
Work closely with the planning team to effectively manage time and prioritize jobs
Accurately complete service reports and handover documentation
Promote a Zero Harm culture by maintaining safe working practices
Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota as required
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience in servicing Fire Sprinkler Systems (Wet, Dry, Deluge, Alternate, Pre-Action)
Proficiency in flow testing and flow switch testing
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away as needed
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Availability for participation in the call-out rota
Preferred:
Formal qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
