The Small Business Revenue Cloud Specialists are seeking a skilled and driven Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to join our team, focusing on small businesses. About the Role:

As a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, working closely with our sales team to understand client small business needs across industries and demonstrate the value of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. You will be responsible for crafting and presenting tailored solutions, conducting product demos, and answering technical questions. You will also collaborate with our services team and partner community to ensure customer success. This role will use the power of Revenue Cloud to automate revenue operations on an integrated platform, deliver seamless buying and selling experiences, and close deals faster with guided quoting and AI with Agentforce.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales team to understand client business requirements and translate them into effective Revenue Cloud solutions.

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify problems and opportunities for improvement, focusing on the specific challenges and nuances of these industries.

  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of Revenue Cloud, emphasizing how it streamlines the quote-to-cash process, from catalogs and pricing to CPQ, contract lifecycle management, orders, and billing – all on the #1 AI CRM.

  • Build and present solutions, highlighting the benefits of automating revenue operations, delivering seamless buying and selling experiences, and closing deals faster with guided quoting and Agentforce.

  • Answer technical questions and address client concerns throughout the sales process, showcasing your expertise in Revenue Cloud.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Revenue Cloud features and best practices, as well as industry-specific trends and challenges within the target sectors.

  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and best practices, specifically tailored to our small business customers.

  • Participate in industry and product events and webinars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on Salesforce or related CRM platforms.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud or similar products

  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team and also able to take ownership of individual projects.

  • Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success.

  • Experience working with APIs is highly preferred.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) are a plus.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $157,640 - $210,910 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $173,460 - $231,980 per year. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
