Loss Prevention Lead Specialist

(Day Shift: Mon-Thurs)

May be required to work overtime, weekends and alternate schedules as needed

The Loss Prevention Lead Specialist supports and assists the Loss Prevention Supervisors by informing Supervisors of all situations that pertain to Loss Prevention.  Responsible for overseeing the shift in the absence of the LP Supervisor.  Provides daily guidance and direction in the activities of the Loss Prevention Specialists

In this role, you’ll be responsible for

• Directing the technical and day-to-day routines for the shift
• Enforcing regulations
• Creating reports and notifying respective stakeholders
• Coordinating, assigning work and guiding other Loss Prevention Specialist
• Assisting in conducting investigations and audits
• Reviewing CCTV and Access Systems
• Initiates/maintains all investigations of dishonest acts and sabotage and accidents. Conducts safety and security

 Experience we’re looking for

• 2-4 years of Security and/or Loss Prevention experience and customer service skills in handling conflict resolution.

Things that will make you successful:

• Demonstrates positive energy, motivation, and flexibility
• Ability to successfully work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suites and the ability to learn and use in-house software packages. 
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV equipment and systems
• Ability to work both inside and outside during all types of weather

This position has a starting pay range of $20.00 to $25.75 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
