Join Sanofi's Global Workplace Experience Team and be part of a dynamic, globally connected team. The department is responsible for managing the Sanofi Group's office locations in more than 20 countries worldwide in an ever-changing environment. As an intern, you will be part of the Business Support and Projects staff department and you will gain extensive insights into a wide range of business processes on an international scale, such as Controlling/Finance, Personnel Planning, Project Management, Analytics & Governance topics.
Your tasks description
Support the Workplace Experience team in core business operations, including target/actuals analyses, budgeting processes, financial reporting, etc.
Translate complex datasets into clear narratives, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data exploration,
and proactively recommend improvements that support strategic decisions at local and global levelCreate high-quality analyses and presentations in response to regular and ad-hoc inquiries from local and global stakeholders
Prepare executive-ready materials on a global scale in a clear and visually engaging way
You take on & participate in a wide range of transversal projects, staff tasks and support management decisions
Requirements & Qualifications
You are in your studies in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Facility Management, or a related field
Mandatory internship of at least 5 months
You have business administration as well as controlling/finance knowledge and an affinity for applications and tools (e.g., MS Office, PowerBI)
You have analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex processes
You are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
You are Open-minded, transparent, and collaborative in your working style
English (written & spoken) is a must, German is a plus
