Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. This is a Bangalore based, Hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition within the P&C department.
You will lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across India, acting as a strategic partner to Sales leadership. Your mission is to identify, engage, and hire "A-Player" talent while providing deep market intelligence to drive our growth in the region.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Lead the room during calibration meetings with senior Sales leadership to align on talent needs and profile requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert on the India talent landscape, providing insights on competitor movements and local compensation nuances
- Utilize advanced headhunting techniques to identify and engage top-tier sales talent from cybersecurity and cloud competitors
- Maintain impeccable data integrity in Greenhouse, using analytics to identify funnel friction points and implement solutions
- Execute high-impact, full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across the India market

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on high-quota-carrying Sales roles within the India SaaS or Cybersecurity ecosystem
- Proven track record of navigating the unique local talent landscape, including experience with notice period negotiations and competing with Tier-1 global tech firms
- Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sear
