Role Responsibilities

• As an AI Tech Lead, you will help design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions that advance our digital capabilities and create real value for our clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases.
• Translate abstract business problems into concrete, innovative AI solutions.
• Drive code quality, robust architecture, and documentation within technical teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Work on Valtech’s various AI Accelerators 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and 10+ years of overall work experience.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.
• Understanding of AI Concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs. Stay up
