We are currently seeking a Laboratory Project Coordinator I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Laboratory Project Coordinator I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing
- Assist Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs in the day-to-day monitoring of trials.
- Generate internal management reports and provide these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g., open status reports, commented results reports.
- Generate external management reports and provide these to the Project Manager.
- Create study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study, e.g., communication/escalation plan, ICOLABS forms.
- Recognize, exemplify, and adhere to ICON's values which center on our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare.
- Prior experience in clinical research or project management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interactional skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

・オープンステータスレポートやコメント付き結果レポートなど、社内向けの各種レポート作成および共有
・社外向けレポートの作成およびプロジェクトマネージャーへの提出
・試験立ち上げ時における各種ドキュメントの作成（テンプレート使用／例：コミュニケーションプラン、エスカレーションプラン、ICOLABSフォーム等）
・会社のバリュー（People / Clients / Performance）を理解し、日々の業務の中で実践
■応募要件
・ライフサイエンスまたはヘルスケア分野の学士号をお持ちの方
・臨床研究またはプロジェクトマネジメントの経験があれば尚可
・業務を整理して進める力があり、細かい点まで丁寧に対応できる方
・円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
・スピード感のある環境でも、周囲と協力しながら業務を進められる方
