  • Develop AME-specific safety standards, risk assessment tools, and standard work to support scalable and compliant manufacturing processes
  • Lead hazard identification efforts and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely mitigation aligned with project milestones
  • Deliver safety training focused on hazard recognition, design-for-safety principles, and proper safety control implementation
  • Support regulatory compliance with applicable standards such as OSHA, NFPA 70E, and state environmental regulations
  • Manage environmental considerations associated with AME activities, including waste management, solvent use, and prototype materials
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations partners to embed safety into product and process design decisions
  • Maintain documentation and traceability of hazards, risk assessments, and corrective actions to support audit readiness
  • Partner with Medtronic’s global EHS network to share best practices and continuously improve safety programs

  • Ability to integrate safety into engineering design or product development processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Possess a continuous learning and professional growth mindset within EHS/manufacturing safety
