Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

How you will create an impact

FP&A

  • Support on monthly SDI productions, BPC new Allocation template file requirements, Auto GPW and Claims analysis.

  • Involve in preparation of Quarterly estimates and Annual Budget Exercise

  • Prepare Zurich Malaysia’s Bordereau, statement with supporting data extraction records and SAP TB image

Controllership

  • Support on monthly SDI/OGIS account recap reconciliations, AL30 submissions, monthly SDI-GL account recon.

  • Support OGIS filing. Prepare monthly SDI reconciliation to OGIS and Computron, quantify large data movements prior to submission. Support SDI and OGIS data rejection errors

  • SI analytics, manual SDI extractions for Interco/non-Interco accounts, Multinational report extractions and CPC annual data extractions.

  • Assist trouble shoot SDI data related issues impacting Computron/SAP/Phase II processing.

  • Analyzed business and system requirements, relayed tables setup requirements to the project team. Provide advice to Computron treaty setup

  • Continue support the implementation of new/ongoing projects in relation to E-Invoicing, Tamarind (Travel Prospective business), Sapian Reinsurance, decommissioning of Computron (IIB) and Financial/FP&A transformation projects.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience of Finance processes and procedures is preferred.

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.

  • Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines.

  • Adaptability to be able to quickly pivot in a dynamic Finance environment in response to evolving demands and priorities.

  • Strong verbal and written skills.

  • To work with integrity, able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve personal and business objectives.

  • Good numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.

  • Able to self-reflect/ analyze, actively seek feedback to identify strengths and personal development.
