As Project Manager, Marketing Ops, you will support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives by helping teams stay organized, aligned, and on track. You will play a key role in supporting intake of new marketing requests, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, collaborating with Creative partners, driving accountability, and enabling smooth delivery across both digital and physical marketing channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves orchestrating cross-functional work, and is passionate about an organized delivery of exceptional brand and product moments at scale.

For this role we are looking for candidates that are able to work 2-3 days a week in-person at our co-working space in Central London. Note that we are not able to sponsor a visa so you need to have permanent residence permit or similar to be eligible for the role.

What you will do:

General Project Management Support

  • Provide day-to-day project management support across marketing initiatives with a focus on projects led by our London-based team, focused on international expansion and global extensions of integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Help teams stay aligned to organize incoming work and maintain accurate project documentation and schedules.
  • Ensure each project passes through the appropriate gates prior to moving to the next phase, or work proactively with the appropriate teammates to unblock the project in a timely manner.

Marketing Intake & Process Implementation

  • Support the marketing intake process for net-new requests, ensuring briefs are complete, timelines are realistic, and requests are routed to the right partners.
  • Act as a champion for process adoption, helping team members to understand established systems and tools as defined by Marketing Operations leadership, including templates, workflows, and best practices.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Program Manager, Creative Operations Manager, and Integrated Marketing Managers to elevate stakeholder feedback and highlight opportunities to increase quality and efficiency.

International Campaign Coordination

  • Support in prioritising and improving ways of working for International retail requests and integrated briefs, ensuring  agency briefs are managed and submitted in a timely manner and identifying ways to streamline complex asks. 
  • Evangelize international timelines and requirements for new campaigns ensuring translation, adaptation and requirements are clearly communicated and incorporated into broader project plans. 
  • Partner closely with internal and external creative partners to translate requirements, document specs, and support overall creative processes. 

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in project management, with a significant portion specifically within an in-house marketing team.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects with an emphasis on Retail-based and/or Paid Media-based workstreams. 
  • Experience with various project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms. 
  • Experience in a tech company or fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, creative asset management).
