AI Business Solutions Sales Specialist として、Microsoft の AI Business Solutions 組織における トランスフォーメーション・リーダーとしての役割を担っていただきます。本ポジションでは、Copilot、Dynamics 365（CRM／ERP）、Power Platform、エージェント型ソリューションを軸に、最も戦略的かつ影響度の高いエンタープライズ案件をリードします。戦略顧客において、C‑Suite エグゼクティブ、IT リーダー、ビジネス意思決定者と直接連携し、AI を活用したビジネス変革を推進します。単なるソリューション提案にとどまらず、顧客の課題定義から戦略策定、将来像の共創までを担い、業務モデル、オペレーション、働き方そのものの再定義を支援します。本ポジションは、深いビジネス理解、業界知見、AI に関する思想的リーダーシップを備えた 信頼されるエグゼクティブアドバイザーとしての役割が期待されます。個別案件の成功にとどまらず、ポートフォリオ全体の成長、ソリューションプレイの進化、パートナーエコシステムの活用、社内 v-team のオーケストレーションまで、幅広い影響を与えるポジションです。

As an AI Business Solutions Sales Specialist, you will serve as a transformation leader within Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions organization, owning and shaping some of our most complex, high-impact enterprise engagements. You will lead AI-driven business transformation across Copilot, Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP), Power Platform, and agent-based solutions, partnering directly with C‑Suite executives, IT leaders and Business Decision Makers at strategic customers.At Microsoft, we are redefining how organizations operate in the era of AI. In this role, you will not only sell solutions—you will define the problem space, influence customer strategy, and co-create the solution vision, enabling customers to fundamentally rethink business models, operating processes, and workforce productivity through AI.You will act as a trusted executive advisor, recognized for deep business acumen, industry insight, and AI thought leadership. Your impact will extend beyond individual deals to portfolio-level growth, solution play evolution, partner ecosystem leverage, and internal v-team orchestration. 

Responsibilities

  • C‑Suite エグゼクティブおよびビジネスリーダーに対する エグゼクティブアドバイザーとしての役割
  • 複雑なエンタープライズ顧客における 戦略的アカウントプランニング（中長期ロードマップ、ホワイトスペース、競合戦略）
  • 顧客の経営・事業戦略を、AI を活用した業務モデル／ソリューション構想へ落とし込み
• ソリューションおよび価値創出のリーダーシップ
  • 課題定義からビジネスケース、アーキテクチャ、変革ロードマップまでの エンドツーエンドのソリューションエンビジョニング
  • AIモメンタムをマイクロソフトが持つポートフォリオの価値を活かしながらマネタイズまで持っていくプランニング、また、個別顧客対応のみならず市場へのスケールをどのように実現できるかを考えチャレンジする力
  • ROI、TCO、生産性向上、成長、リスク低減といった ビジネス価値の明確化
  • 顧客の変革計画に整合した エグゼクティブ向け提案および商用条件の提示
• パイプライン／ディール／ポートフォリオ管理
  • エグゼクティブの優先事項を起点とした 高品質なエンタープライズパイプラインの構築・管理
  • 複数ソリューション、パートナー、社内関係者を巻き込む 複雑なディールのオーケストレーション
  • 正確なフォーキャスト、リスク管理、パイプライン衛生の維持
• エコシステムおよび社内オーケストレーション
  • SI、ISV、アドバイザリーパートナーを含む Microsoft パートナーエコシステムの戦略的活用
  • Sales、Engineering、Industry、Marketing、Licensing、Legal、Executive などを横断する v-team のリード
  • 業界向け思想的リーダーシップ、顧客事例創出、社内ベストプラクティス共有への貢献

Qualifications

必須要件

• エンタープライズ向けソリューション営業、戦略アカウント、またはビジネス変革領域での 8年以上の経験
• C レベルおよびシニア意思決定者との折衝経験
• CRM、ERP、プラットフォームを含む AI ビジネスアプリケーションに関する知見
• ポイントソリューションではなく、変革全体をリードした実績

歓迎要件

• SaaS／クラウド／プラットフォームビジネスにおける 10年以上のエンタープライズ営業経験
• AI、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、自動化案件の推進経験ローコード／ノーコード、オートメーション、エージェント型アーキテクチャの理解
• 日本企業および日本の商習慣への対応経験
• 価値ベース営業による継続的な成果創出実績
