What you will be doing:

  • Manage product features and enhancements across the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through delivery, release, and optimization.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs, business priorities, technology evolution, and product strategy.
  • Conduct market, industry, and customer analysis to generate insights and inform product decisions, including analysis of trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align on product requirements, delivery timelines, and go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor product KPIs and prepare performance reports, tracking product health, adoption, revenue, and overall performance.
  • Support product launches and major releases, including readiness activities, documentation, and internal enablement.
  • Contribute to product documentation such as business scope documents, user personas, and roadmap materials.
  • Provide product input to sales and marketing activities, including presentations, client briefings, and RFP responses as needed.
  • Engage with clients during business reviews, feedback sessions, pilots, webinars, and conferences to communicate product direction and gather insights.
  • Manage interactions with vendors and partners relevant to product delivery and ongoing support.

What you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably within payments, financial services, or financial technology.
  • Proven experience managing product features and enhancements in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong capability in conducting market and customer analysis and translating insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience monitoring product KPIs and preparing performance reports to support product and business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments preferred.
  • Client-facing, consulting, or commercial experience is an advantage.
