The Opportunity

Adobe Express aims to empower the next generation of creators, including individuals and small businesses. As Express grows globally, India is one of our most important regions for product development, growth, and innovation.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to guide and expand the India-based Product Management group for Adobe Express, collaborating closely with global Express leaders across Image Editing, Video, AI Foundations, Growth, Mobile, and related experiences.

This role is built for a senior product leader who brings deep product judgment, critical thinking, and leadership maturity. They will develop and mentor a distributed PM organization and serve as a key voice for emerging markets within the global Express leadership team.

This is not an administrative or operational position. It is a hands-on leadership position with significant influence on product direction, talent development, and long-term growth opportunities

What You’ll Do

Lead & Scale Product Management in India

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Product Management team, aligned via dotted-line relationships to global Express product teams.

  • Foster a culture of product excellence, customer obsession, and decision-making.

Partner with Global Product Leadership

  • Act as a core member of the Express Product Management Leadership Team, collaborating closely with global peers to shape product strategy and execution.

  • Drive alignment across distributed teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, priorities, and decision-making across time zones and geographies.

  • Provide critical emerging market perspectives to inform roadmap decisions, tradeoffs, and long-term strategy.

Build Strategic Product Focus Areas Over Time

With broad insight into Express priorities and deep regional context, this role will take on direct accountability in key areas, including:

  • India-specific growth initiatives, one of Express’s largest and fastest-growing market opportunities.

  • Mobile-first product strategies, with a particular focus on Android experiences.

  • Adjacent and evolving product initiatives, including areas such as Photoshop Express and cross-product integrations.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex, user-facing products.

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior PMs and developing future product leaders.

  • Strong product intuition and judgment across consumer-facing, mobile, and technology-based products.

  • Experience collaborating in globally distributed product organizations, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Deep understanding of emerging markets, consumer behavior, and growth dynamics — experience in India is a strong plus.

  • Ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on leadership, ambiguity with execution, and regional needs with global priorities.

  • Strong communication abilities, executive presence, and the capability to convey India’s viewpoint in a global leadership forum.
